Warranty Claim Form

If you believe a FAI Filtri product may be covered under warranty, please download and complete the Warranty Claim Form below. Please Provide all requested information, including the product details, purchase information, and a clear description of the issue. Supporting photographs or documentation may also be required to assist with the evaluation of your claim.

Once completed, please submit the form to your FAI Filtri Canada representative or return it using the contact information provided within the document.

Please note that submitting a warranty claim does not automatically guarantee approval. All claims are subject to review and the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
