We are making an important change regarding the shipping of lubricants. Effective immediately, any order exceeding 3 pails of lubricant must be sent via transport rather than courier services. We have encountered numerous issues with shipments sent via our current courier, UPS, and unfortunately, they will not reimburse us for any damages incurred during transit.

To ensure the integrity of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction, it is crucial that we implement this new policy as the number of occurrences has significantly increased this past year.

If a customer still prefers to have their lubricant shipped prepaid and charge, please note that we will not be responsible for any damages or lost shipments in these cases.
